Front Desk Security and Access Information
Your community is equipped with on- site front desk staff 24/7 through FirstService Residential & PCI Security. If you need to reach your front desk, you can reach them during their hours of operation be calling 407-849-0246.

Front Desk & Security Staff
Lock-Out Policy

Residents who are locked out of their units after hours and required on-site maintenance to assist with access, will be charged a $20.00 fee that is payable to the staff directly when they arrive to assist you.
Individual Door Keys

Each owner will be provided Unit Keys. ($20.00 Each)

Door keys can be replaced for $20.00
Proxy Access Keys

Each owner will be provided an individual proxy access key (one proxy key per registered owner/tenant with photo ID).

Proxy access keys can be replaced for $40.00
Garage Remotes
Replacement or additional garage remotes can be purchased from the management office for $40.00 per device.
Front Door Access

Guests can contact you through the dial up directory. You can speak to them on the intercom and open the door by pressing the "000" button on your telephone.

Resident MUST press "9" on cellular device to let guest in the Front Lobby Door.
Note: This service is only available to residents who are current on their Association dues. Please coordinate to meet your guests and let them in through the lobby doors. All guests must be signed in at the front desk.
Garage Remotes

Garage remotes can be replaced for $40.00.
Delinquent Owners

In order to preserve our community and reduce our common area expenses, amenities requiring utility costs will be limited to Owners (and their renters) who are current on their Association dues.

If you are delinquent on your account, we can work with you to ensure there is no interruption in common area services to you. Please contact management to establish a payment plan today.c
