The Metropolitan would like to take this opportunity to review a few important details with you regarding your HOA payments.
Payment is due on the 1st of the month. If payment isn't received, a one-time fee of $25.00 will be charged on the 11th of each month. An additional one-time fee equal to 1.5% of outstanding balances will be charged on the 30th of each month. Late fees will only be charged for outstanding balances of $100.00 or more.
EFT & Credit Cards Accepted. (2.95% on Credit Card Transactions)
