Move-In Fees
Pay $250.00 Elevator Fee (Non-refundable); along with $200.00 (refundable) Deposit.
Schedule Move-In Date/Time Block; identify specific elevator to be used & designated Parking Area.
Every day: 9:00am – 1:00pm or 1:00pm – 5:00pm
Payment MUST be taken before programming keys.
Add Owner or Tenant to FSR Connect & Buildium
Phone Number
Lease Start & End Date
Have Resident take photo & upload it to Buildium. (Only Resident can update.)
Take Payments for Entry Devices.
Update Proxy Card(s) ($40.00 Fee)
Update Room Card(s) ($20.00 Fee)
Update Gate Remote(s) ($40.00 Fee)
 Re-Key Mailbox if needed. ($25.00 Fee)
If Owner, ensure renter knows that the previous Owner should provide.
If Renter, ensure renter knows that the Owner should provide.
Door King (Call Box, Gate Remote)
Put new “Owner” or “Renter” into Call Box. (Door King)
Program Gate Key
Add, Name, Phone & Unit Number.
Amazon HUB
Add “Owner” or “Renter” to Amazon Hub.
Add all residents residing in Unit.
Tour of the Building.
Parking Garage (Show Parking Location)
North Tower
PH Area
Clubroom (Discuss Hours & Reservation System)
Gym (Discuss Hours & Reservation System)
Pool Deck
Trash Rooms – Proper Procedures for Throwing Away Items (Bags MUST be Closed)
