Owner, Guest and Tenant Information

Guest Parking - Pango Zone 57001

Rate:  $0.50 per hour from 12:00AM - 8:00AM and $1.00 per hour from 8:00AM - 11:59PM 24 hours per day / 7 days per week

The 6 guest parking spaces in front of the Metropolitan can now be paid using the PANGO parking app which allows customers to pay for parking using the Pango App, or by calling 1-877-697-2646 with any mobile phone.

Complete a quick one- time registration with Pango. Download the app from your smartphone, install and register or by IVR or by calling 1-877-697-264.

 

Vendor and Moving Truck Parking - Pango Zone 57002

Rate:  $3.00 per hour 24 hours per day / 7 days per week

There is an oversized parking space inside the parking garage directly south of the trash compactor.  This is meant to be a temporary parking space as it obstructs the normal flow of traffic in the garage.  Vendors, moving trucks and oversized vehicles may park here and must pay using the PANGO parking app or by calling 1-877-697-2646 with any mobile device.  See below for further details on the Pango phone app.

 

Pango Mobile Parking has a free registration process.

However, when a customer initially signs up for Pango there is a one dollar authorization fee to make sure a valid credit card number was provided.  After the validity of the card is proven the customer is automatically refunded that initial one dollar fee.  The charge will be cleared from your credit card activity within 2-3 business days.

Start a parking session: Open the App, Choose 151 East Washington, and press the START button! You can also start a parking session by TEXTING “START” to the same number from which you received the activation confirmation text message (or) calling 1-877-MYPANGO.

Stop a parking session: Open the App, and press the STOP button! You can also Text the word STOP PANGO to the same number from which you received the activation confirmation text message (or) call 1-877-MYPANGO.

Your parking session will remain active and the meter will run until you stop it.

IMPORTANT: SINCE PARKING IS ENFORCED BY TAG NUMBER ONLY, MAKE SURE THE VEHICLE YOU WISH TO METER PARK, IS THE SAME VEHICLE CHOSEN TO START AN ACTIVE SERVICE IN PANGO.

Failure to pay for parking will result in tickets being assessed and possible removal of your vehicle, via tow Truck Company. Please follow the above instructions to ensure payment is made every time you wish to park in the front entrance.

 
Owner/Tenant Parking
Owners are assigned one or two parking spots according to their deed.  Parking spaces are provided to Owners and their tenants as a "right to use" and the geographic location of a space within the garage is subject to change.  All cars parked within the garage are required to have a numbered parking permit that corresponds to their parking space visible on the rear view mirror or easily in view on the dashboard of the vehicle.  Tenants will receive a parking pass that is renewed automatically providing the Owner is current on all assessments.
 
Towing Procedures
Priority One Towing 407-641-5690 has been authorized to tow vehicles that do not have valid time remaining in their parking space.  First time offenders may be given a warning note.  If your vehicle is towed, please contact the towing company at:
